Very good info on language studies, with some free resources.
Normally you can get free stuff on the net but not all of it, you usually have to pay for the more indepth teaching.

Thanks for the links, I might use the polygot one to learn some new French vocabulary. I agree that the best way to learn a language is through immersion though. Good luck studying Italian!

I know BBC is accurate and the best of all is FREE. However, the material is far from complete and comprehensive. You still need additional material to study Italian.
