[...] If you know anything about the country of Italy you should know that things do not remain constant for long. This is definitely the case for the public transit system in Venice called the Vaporetto that runs all throughout the canals and is the best system of navigating the city of Venice.
Xoxana,

Good! Thanks for the kind words on my blog. I really appreciate it! I am still working on creating more content for it but not have had some time to post to this page yet.

Venice is definately worth it. It is the most beautiful place you can visit but please learn at least a little Italian before you go. This will really help smooth things over for you and help you out as not everyone speaks English over there.

If you have the time you both should also go to the Island of Capri but since that is kind of far away from Venice I am not sure it wiil be on your plans. That is another place that is definately worth going to as well.

I'm lucky enough to live on the border of France and Italy and have visited Italy many times. Venice is a very special place; beautiful and atmospheric even when it's raining just watch Don't Look Now.

Well I guess I think it was well worth it and yes I would do it again. That is kind of the purpose of this website. To help pay for me to go back to Italy. Italy can get into you and change you as a person. The culture, art and food are fantastic. If you do not understand the language that can be a problem but then again it can save you some hurt feelings as the natives scream something at you in their native language assuming you do not speak it.

So yes it was very well worth it and absolutely I would do it again! In a heartbeat! I may go sometime later this year in fact depending on how things go in my life.

Good question Michael and I am glad you asked it because I wish everyone who visits Italy will change them for the better because it sure did that for me.
